Games Room

The double garage has been converted to a games room.  The room has an 8ft x 4.5ft pool (billiard) table and full-size table tennis table.

It also has 2 pieces of exercise equipment – an exercise bike and a HealthRider full body workout machine.

There are plenty of accessories- including 5 cues, a 15-ball triangle, swirl pool balls, 4 table tennis bats & balls and a spare net. There are also 4 chairs and a table in the games room if you want to sit it out…

Childrens Play Area

There is also a Childrens Play Area in Calabay Parc, which allows children to play in a safe and secure environment.
