The main living area is  subtly decorated and is furnished with a 3-piece suite (including sofa bed) and side tables. There is a large remote-controlled colour cable TV which includes built-in DVD and Video players. There is also a mini Hi-Fi system which includes an AM/FM radio, CD player and which you can plug your MP3 player in to as well.

There are a number of DVDs, books and board games provided, so you can watch a movie, listen to music or play games until the end of the day!

The living area also has a remote-control ceiling fan.

Sliding doors lead out onto the lanai (covered patio with fan) and large pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences including a large fridge freezer (with ice maker), large oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, etc, etc. All pots and pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery are provided. Plastic tableware and glasses are also provided for outdoor use.

There is also a telephone which can be used for free local US calls.

The dining area is at the front of the villa with the large table situated in the bay window. The table seats eight and a high chair is also provided.
