The Town Centre shopping complex is only 2 miles north on the U.S. 27 comprising a large Publix supermarket, Applebees Restaurant, and Chinese and pizza takeaways. Championsgate shopping complex, with another large Publix Supermarket, MacDonalds, Chinese and pizza takeways is only a 5 minute drive. Posner Park, which contains Dicks Sporting Goods, Ross Dress for Less, JC Penney and Target is just a 5 minute drive south on the U.S. 27. In addition Highway 192 is a 5 minute drive away and this is a major thoroughfare with a myriad of different shops and restaurants. Just north of the Highway 192 turning is a large Wal-Mart.

Celebration, Disney's own picture postcard town, is 10 minutes drive away and is based on the work of some of America's top architects and planners. The town could be straight out of a Disney movie. There is a huge interactive fountain for youngsters to get soaking wet and between Thanksgiving and New Year, snow sprinkles down on Main Street every night. Celebration has a number of fantastic restaurants including Cafe D'Antonios, Seito Japanese and Thai Thani.
