Welcome to our superb Florida home. For that family holiday of a lifetime stay in our lovely villa and enjoy all the attractions the world’s vacation capital has to offer. A perfect place for all the family.

Our beautiful home is fully air conditioned, has its own private pool and spa offering a relaxing place to stay after fun filled days.

We have taken great care to furnish our home to a high standard; it is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 8 (10 using the sofa bed in the living room), great for extended families or two families to share.

It has two master bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed, 1 with a queen size bed; each has its own well appointed bathroom, one has a large walk in shower. Towels and hair dryers are provided for your convenience. Each bedroom has a remote-controlled multi channel cable TV. Each master bedroom has access to the large pool deck. Walk-in closets provide lots of storage and hanging space.
The 3^rd twin bedroom and 4^th double bedroom share the third bathroom, and both contain remote-controlled cable TVs.

A bright and spacious living room is equipped with comfortable modern furniture and remote-controlled multi channel cable TV, with built in DVD and VCR. A mini hi-fi system is also provided which contains an AM/FM radio and CD player and which you can also plug your MP3 player in to. Some books and DVDs are provided for your entertainment, together with a selection of board games. Large patio doors lead out onto the pool deck.

Our sparkling pool and spa will entice you to cool off and then relax on a selection of loungers and recliners.

Pool towels are provided.

The pool may be heated in the winter months if required.

The pool is protected by a child safety fence for piece of mind when young children are around, but can be removed if not needed.

A shaded lania has table and chairs and ceiling fan for those who want to escape the Florida sun.

Evenings outside as the sun goes down are a great way of relaxing after a busy day; a final dip in the pool is always inviting and the pool & spa can be illuminated with their own lights.

Our games room is sure to thrill, with pool table and table tennis to keep kids and adults alike entertained. An exercise bike and HealthRider full body workout machine are also provided for those wanting to work off the excess pounds!

We have a high chair and crib/cot for our younger guests. All linens and towels are provided.

Our fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer, range, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Plastic glasses and tableware are provided for outside entertaining.

Our home is also protected by an ADT security system that is easy to operate and gives additional piece of mind while you enjoy all Orlando has to offer.

Our friendly management company are available 24 hrs a day in an emergency.
